How
to Purchase:
Add
your gear to the shopping cart
Whenever you're browsing our site, there is
a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to
hold your purchases. When you find an item
you want to purchase, from the product's detail
page click the 'Add To Basket'
button. Once you've added something to your
shopping cart, it remains unless you remove
it by clicking
on the remove icon, even if you hit the 'back'
button on your web browser.
In the upper right
hand corner of the detail pages is a Mini-Basket.
If your Basket is
empty, it will say so, and Every time you add
something
to
your cart, you will see that
it shows
the number
of items
and the total in your Basket.
To remove an item from your cart, simply
click on the remove next to the product and
it
will be "put back on the shelf".
To shop more,
click any of the buttons below the itemized
list of products. If
at anytime you wish to view the contents of
your shopping cart in detail, click on the 'Your
Basket' icon just beneath our company logo at
the top of every page.
Check
out
If you are done shopping and want to purchase
your Fleece Items, from the Basket page
click the Checkout button on the upper right
hand side of
the page. If
you are NOT on the Basket page, and
are just browsing the store, you can proceed
to Checkout from the My Basket screen.
The first step in checkout will ask you to
do one of three things:
>>> Log in as a returning customer
>>> Set Up Account as a new customer
>>> Place Order without Account.
The next step will be to enter a shipping and
billing address (they can be the same or different).
You will be asked at the bottom if you wish to
join our Our Opt-In Email Newsletter. Click
the button, 'Continue'.
Next, you will select the kind of shipping you
desire from a pull down menu and Your Credit
Card Type. Again, click 'Continue' when
you're ready to
proceed.
The fourth and final step will be to indicate
your credit card information.
When you're done entering all the correct info
and
ready to pay, click 'Place Order' to complete
the sale. You can change your order and information
at anytime until you hit the 'Place Order' button
on the Enter Credit Card Data screen. If you
need to correct something and have already Processed
your order and are at the Receipt Page, please
Email us at ,
and we'll be happy to make the correction(s).
Your
receipt
After you click 'Place Order' on the enter
Your Credit Card Info screen, your receipt
will
appear on the screen. We also
E-Mail you
a copy to the email address you provide.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Once
you've hit the 'Place Order' button on the enter
your credit Card info screen, you cannot amend
your
order, so
You can also go to 'Contact
Us' in the Help Center
and drop us a message requesting a change to or
cancellation of an order. No need to Panic, there
is between 24 and 48 hours before we normally ship
in-stock items.
