Exchanges
Customer satisfaction
is our goal at Frostyfleece.com. In the event
that any unused product does not meet your expectations,
it may be returned for credit or exchange,
subject to item availability.
All returns will be credited with the original
form of payment (i.e., on the same credit
card). Your credit card account will be credited
upon
our receipt of the returned item, and your
credit should appear on your next statement.
An email notification will be sent to you
confirming our receipt of your returned /
exchanged items.
If an item exchange is due to a mistake on
the part of Frosty Fleece or issues of
quality, the exchanged items will be shipped
at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.

If for any reason
you are not happy with your purchase, please
return it to us and we will gladly issue a
full refund (less any shipping charges). No
questions asked!
Please have the original order number, found on your invoice statement, when
requesting a return authorization (RMA#). Email us at and
in 24 to 48 hours we will E-Mail you an RMA #. Send all returns to the following
